Natalie Neita Garvey, has called on the Minister of Local Government, Desmond McKenzie, to urgently clarify statements he is said to have made at the post-Cabinet press briefing on Wednesday regarding the ownership of houses that are granted to the registered poor under the Poor Relief Act and under the New Social Housing Programme (NSHP).
