(PNP) caretaker for South Eastern St Catherine, Dr Alfred Dawes, has said the parliamentary Opposition will turn Portmore into a wellness city when it forms the next Government.

You may hear of health cities; Portmore will be a wellness city where we shall have parks, where we will have jogging tracks, where we will have after school programmes, where the football and netball and even dominoes will be ran by the community,” declared the medical practitioner.
